Materials like gravel, topsoil and fill aren’t included in my price. You can have them delivered, or we can talk about it when I give you the final number.
I price by the job, not by the hour, and my minimum to show up is $500. You don’t pay until the work is done and you’re happy with it. The quick estimate tool gives you a ballpark range from a description and a few photos; I’ll firm it up after we talk or I see the property.
