Good to know

I can’t haul debris off yet. If you rent a roll-off dumpster yourself, I’m glad to load it. Every pool and yard is different, so photos and a description of access and slope help me give you a fair number.

I price by the job, not by the hour, and my minimum to show up is $500. You don’t pay until the work is done and you’re happy with it. The quick estimate tool gives you a ballpark range from a description and a few photos; I’ll firm it up after we talk or I see the property.
